Transformasi digital dalam manajemen rantai pasok: Sebuah tinjauan literatur dan kerangka konseptual
Keywords:

Digital transformation has fundamentally altered the landscape of supply chain management, compelling organizations to adopt emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, transparency, and competitiveness. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review on the development of digital transformation in supply chain management and to construct a conceptual framework that can serve as a guide for academics and practitioners. The method employed is a systematic literature review (SLR) following the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) protocol. A total of 68 articles from Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar databases published between 2015 and 2024 were thoroughly analyzed. Findings indicate that the adoption of digital technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and big data analytics significantly contributes to enhanced supply chain visibility, flexibility, and resilience. The resulting conceptual framework integrates the dimensions of technology, process, people, and strategy as the main pillars of digital supply chain transformation. This research enriches the digital supply chain literature in developing country contexts and provides strategic recommendations for industry practitioners.
